With the REGRESSION procedure, the syntax would be something like this: REGRESSION /VARIABLES= educ /DEPENDENT= happy /STATISTICS=COEFF R ANOVA /SAVE= PRED RESID.
You can then make scatterplots using residuals and predicted values.
