Hi John. On IRC you've mentioned that to implement GTK+ printing the output API needs to be able to break output up into a page-at-a-time operation. I've now refactored PSPP's Cairo output driver so that it can do that. I've pushed it to a new "paginate" branch for you to look at. Please look it over. If it seems suitable for basing the GTK+ printing code upon, then I'll push it to master.
