Now you can fetch:
        http://benpfaff.org/~blp/pspp-master/latest-src.tar.gz
        http://benpfaff.org/~blp/pspp-master/latest-bin.tar.gz

(latest-bin.tar.gz is a set of binaries for Debian "unstable" on
i386.)
