hi I use livevalidation, it validates while u r typing in the inputs. It
could be used in ur case by having something like the following codes in the
output of ur contact.php:

<script type="text/javascript">
r = new LiveValidation('age');
r.add(Validate.Numericality, {minimum: 0, maximum:140});
</script>
