Currently it is only possible to associate a handler with an acceptor by
casting it to pn_selectable_t. This could be broken by a future change to the
implementation of pn_acceptor_t.
Related: the acceptor implementation does not generate a PN_SELECTABLE_ERROR
event if the act of accepting a socket connection fails.
