On 32-bit EL6 running Ruby 1.8.7, DECIMAL32 values change. For example, the
following happened during running the rspec tests:
2) A data object can hold a decimal32
Failure/Error: expect(@data.decimal32).to eq(value)
expected: 1161181977
got: 1536795250
(compared using ==)
