Description: The vendorarchdir is the proper location on Ruby (1.8.7+) for
platform specific code, like the Ruby bindings. If this isn't found (Ruby
1.8.6) then sitearchdir should be used. (was: The sitearchdir is the proper
location on earlier versions of Ruby for platform-specific code like the Ruby
bindings.)
