New issue 624 by [email protected]: MSVC 12.0 solution compile issue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and uncompress the last source.
2. Try to compile using visual studio 2013
3. Get erros for functions not defined min and max
(zero_copy_stream_impl_lite.cc)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Solution dosen't build.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WINDOWS 7 32 ,prorobuf 2.5.0
Please provide any additional information below.
Adding #include <algorithm> in zero_copy_stream_impl_lite.cc fixs the
issue.
