Sorry guys,
Brain fade, I wasn't looking at the properties window anywhere except for the
coordinate locations. I didn't notice that the properties window was defaulting to the
reference designator tab and giving me the coordinates of the reference designator
rather than the component. All the designators are centered and thus have some weird
coordinates.
