They have a nice process to define rooms based on selected components. First, on the schematic, select all the components you want to include in a room. Now select [Tool-Select PCB Components]
Over on the PCB, all these part will be selected. Now on the PCB side, select [Design-Classes] and click on the Component tab. Click on the "Add..." button. Click on the "Class Generator" button and leave all the default dialog boxes to "Any" EXCEPT for Selection. Set it to "True" Edit the class name as appropriate Click on the ">" button Now click OK. This will create a class of all the selected components on the schematic and then you can make a room that holds the newly generated class. Now you can click on the Tools-InteractivePlacement-ArrangeWithinRoom" and there you go. To turn off room visibility: Press the keys OD. You get a dialog box and in the lower right you can hide the rooms.
