Gisbert, First question for you : when you were done with specta did specta say 0 conflicts or were there conflicts remaining in spectra.? That would explain why you read all the errors back in protel . Second, all of the vias read back from specta will have a hole size of 28 mils. This will also cause tons of errors so you globally need to change them. And last for routing blind and burried vias in spectra, you either need to seed the design, or identify them then read the dsn file with wordpad. Write down the names of the vias ie Via10, 11,12, etc Then while in spectra, deselect all vias then select only the ones you wish for routing. Hope this helps
