Is that the wave length in free space, or on a PC board?
In free space, it is L = C / F , where C is the speed of light, 299,792,458 M/S,
F in Hz. So, 1 MHz is 299.8 Meters.
For a PC board, you'd need to know the velocity of propagation, which can be
computed if you know the characteristic impedance of the signal trace.
