On upgrading alertmanager to 0.26.0 i've run into this issue - https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager/issues/3505 which prevents our automated test suite from completing as it relies on running amtool.
I see there is a fix for this in https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager/pull/3509 which has been merged, and there is talk in the commenta about a 0.26.1 release being made, but activity seems to have stalled.
