Hey, I had an old Grafana Monitoring Server with Prometheus as the data source . Due to some reasons I had to create a new monitoring server. I made all the required installations in the new server, and made prometheus and grafana up and running at the port 9090 and 3000 respectively. Node Exporter was also running. Then I migrated all the Prometheus chunk files present in the old server at the location /var/lib/prometheus to the same path of the new server. After the migration I am facing the following issues. 1) Prometheus server displays the error message, " Error loading available metrics! " 2) Grafana doesn't reflect the old data. It only shows the current monitoring graphs from the time of the new server getting into running.
