In istio home page prometheus integration with istio
<https://istio.io/latest/docs/ops/integrations/prometheus/#tls-settings> I
found it said "*Prometheus does not support Istio security naming, thus
skip verifying target pod certificate*", so I guess Prometheus does not
support SVID certification, which also means the tls communication in this
"integration" page is not real "TLS" which the client/prometheus can not
verify the server side SVID certificate.
Do you know if there is a plan in Prometheus to support SVID
certificate verifying? Or anything I missed?
