Hello, This is the Prometheus-users group. Problems with Grafana should go to the Grafana community <https://community.grafana.com/> forums, and problems with a particular dashboard should go to the dashboard author.
However: if you look at the dashboard source, extract the PromQL query that the dashboard is sending, paste that query into the PromQL web interface (in prometheus itself), and the query returns no results - but you think it should - then you can bring that problem here. Show the exact PromQL query that you're pasting. In the process of extracting the query this way, you may find out for yourself what the problem is anyway. Good luck!
