I am trying to embed an Excel sheet into a form in such a way that the user can see its contents, but cannot modify it.
I placed an Excel.Sheet12 olecontrol on a form. How do I embed an Excel document into it? Can it be done dynamically, ie, put the names and locations of several Excel sheets in a grid and when the user selects one item in the grid, place that Excel sheet in the form, so he can read it but not modify or copy it in any way? In particular, how does one use the Word, Excel, PDF olecontrols that ship with VFP (or the ones that Office installs in the machine) ? Are there any references on how to use those controls anywhere?
