This is very simple to do in Dabo. Assuming the buttons are referenced
in a list called 'buttons', and 'self' is the container:
# Create a horizontal sizer
hsizer = dabo.ui.dSizer("H")
# Add the buttons to the sizer
hsizer.appendItems(buttons)
# Add the sizer to the container, telling it
# to 'expand' to fill the container's width.
self.append(hsizer, "expand")
That's it! I know this doesn't help you with your problem, but just
wanted to let those who haven't yet looked at Dabo see how easy things that are
problematic in the VFP UI can be in Dabo.
