The other suggestions especailly the font issue that Fred described would be a good place to start. Another thing though - is this problem getting worse over time i.e. every month the thing just gets slower and slower? If so maybe the calcs being done are on historic data that needs to be flushed so there's less brunt work to be done for each customer/label being created.
