Never used 'em, but I trust the people I listen to. I still use Subversion because it works well enough for me, but Mercurial and Git are distributed version control systems, which means they make it much more convenient to collaborate with others. We still use Subversion for Dabo, but at some point when it makes sense to do so I'll move it forward to Git or Mercurial.
