One does not get rich nor help society through one's own sweat and blood. The people who make it are the ones who organize others to do the work. However, the organizer doesn't expend muscle work as you imply just brain equity. To me they work just as hard and for many more hours than laborers. There would be no industry without organizers. We would all be sweating in the fields trying to grow enough food and build shelters if there were no industrial firms around.
