but I don't think that French is the natural language of Jean !! In fact, 
Belgium is 'separated' in two parts and a half. One part speak french, the 
other 
one (where lives Jean) speaks 'flemish' (the same language as in the 
Netherlands). A few speak German. I think that Belgium has no government for 
more than one year because the flemish part doesn't want to share with the 
french part !
