Yeah, I'm actually looking forward to it (the ramp-up costs, training 
costs, and employee grumbling.) Fortunately, his employees know that 
it's "him" and not me causing their pain.

And you are oooooh so right about my charges. The way I see it, he's now 
entering the $$$ zone...
