I have the same thing with my win7 machine. It shows a drive as disconnected
in explorer. Not long had this os so not tried to see if VFP wakes it yet.
This is a reconnect on start network drive on a 2003 server.

Subject: Re: [NF] Win7 dropping network shares

You mean the drive on the server is spinning down?

I've got 43 systems accessing the same server on the same network...only
2 of the systems are Win7 and those are the only 2 systems showing this
behavior. Seems to be a Win7 thing....and I'm really suspicious of the
power-saving settings as well as the NICs.
