Now that you have been looking around what functionality are you looking to accomplish between you and your wife? Will one be the developer and the other the designer, or are you looking for both of you to lay out web sites easily? If the latter I would look at getting involved with Wordpress and follow the various big names in that namespace on twitter. two or more searches in twitter for people to follow will bring up more then you could imagine. I follow some people but I don't see any of their posts right now. When I do I'll copy their handle for you.
