Anybody know of a good (cheap) tool to handle database documentation?

We have several VFP based systems developed in house, one large 3rd party
VFP-based system (180+ tables), one system using "Advantage" (Sybase),. and
soon SQL Server. And not a line of documentation or chart to be found.

If I have to enter some/all of the information manually so be it - I just
need something to help document what to find where, and I'd prefer something
other than Excel. lol

Thanks in advance,

Lou
