It's not just you. That's all the site says at the moment. Might need a restart. (Hint: you can check: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/vfug.org) The vfug.org domain is still registered, so I'm guessing they're just having a bad day. Googling doesn't show anything like a "we're closing" announcement.
