God designed human sexuality to be a form of worship -- by its very nature -- not just the means of animal reproduction. So, I disagree with those "Christians" who reduce it to its mere reproductive function. The marriage metaphor in Scripture is deep, and permeates even prophecy. Bottom line: Sexual interaction of any kind is worship, witting or otherwise. Either that worship goes to God, or it goes to the god of this world, Satan. Satan loves to trick people into sexuality that gives him worship. Indeed, receiving the worship due to God is in general what motivates him. Only expressions of sexual love in which a man and a wife are made one flesh glorifies God.
