The way it was explained to me. Fayart is a sub-domain for 8k.com. 
That said, I'm not an expert either. I did ask someone that I know used to
work with registering domains all the time. He's still in the internet
world. Web page designs and the like now days.

In Firefox, and probably most other browsers, type "Whois 8k.com"  It pulls
up a hit right away with contact info in Renton, WA.  Don't do
fayart.8k.com.  I think that when you have a url like that, it's only the
part before the .com that is the actual domain. But I'm not an expert, so
could be wrong.
