On terminal services I keep some programs and classes external so I can modify them without having to touch the executable. I was investigating keeping a menu external but was unable to do it. I used the EXTERNAL MENU command and tried macro substitution and a whole bunch of other things that work with programs and classes; but nothing worked.
Does anyone know of a way to keep a menu out of the project and call it from an executable?
