Hi all,
I've been working in VFP (and earlier versions of the product) for years, but with my company probably being sold this year, I feel it's time to begin educating myself in other languages. So, what does everyone suggest? What's easiest for a VFP person to learn? What languages are most in-demand in marketplace? I'm sure I'll be getting into .NET, but which language within .NET should I focus on? And finally, does anyone have a good suggestion for training materials? Books, DVDs, etc.? I'm gonna see if I can get the boss to spring for some stuff to help me in the inevitable transition. J Thanks very much!
