As an employee maybe but I tell you it was miserable trying to find
out what I could get and then how much money it was going to be. I
did go through the cycle first hand I am find it hard that I would
consider starting the process again.

I am so glad that you don't waste your teams time and you prequalify
everyone. Sorry to tell you that killing 20 min at a pop from my day
is not what I wanted.

Does the stick up your ass feel good? Nordstroms can go fuck off. If
I wanted to go through that experience I would get that from the get
go if it were a non virtual space. I could see all the wonderful cars
in the parking lot or the fabulous items as soon as I crossed the
threshold of the store.

In the current experience I was led along and in the end treated like
dirt. I don't need to waste either of our time or do you folks keep
score on how much time your waste of those people who call in? Is
there a bonus at the end of qtr to reward the top ass hole on the
phone lines? I just don't get it and they failed to attempt to
explain it on the onset. The website #FAILS to present this on the
front side.

I know you don't make these decisions and you are not asked for an
opinion on this. Don't take this personal.
