Thanks for the info Pete. I was having trouble with the
video I transcoded into the .avi container using Avidemux.
I'm not sure what the problem was, but it would probably be
fine over the local network using Twonky Server; because,
the speeds would be there to build up sufficient cache.

When you click on the link to the .mp4 version, download it
to your hard drive instead of trying to open it up with one
of your media players.

Try playing the youtube version without utilizing the High
Definition, (eg HD) option.

I have a cable modem form Suddenlink that acts as my ISP.
SuddenLink provides me with a high speed connect, and
everything is over fiber optic, so I guess I'm pretty lucky.

I'm excited right now. It was just announced the Abilene
High School Eagles defeated the Katy Tiger in the San
Antonio Alamo Dome to win the Texas state 5A high school
football championship. The Katy Tiger have traditionally
been a powerhouse in Texas High School football winning the
state championship the last two years and winning it 5 times
over the last 10 years. The Abilene High football team went
undefeated this year. There is much rejoicing around here.

Regards,
