Of course you left out the real important issue. What does "most
benefit" mean? I you measure it in total amount of cash, then ok I agree
with you. But if "most benefit" means they get a bigger percentage
discount then your whole story is bullshit engineered to take advantage
of the unwary.

They ARE drinking overseas whenever they can. But those who are drinking
inside USA they are obviously getting something out of the deal. And if
they are not, they have a bunch of very expensive accountants and
lawyers to defend their interests. They don't really need you licking
their arses on top of that.
