Michael, Why not write it. You could use bindevent to trap the relevant screen dump keys and encrypt the jp's into a proprietory format of your choice...should be fun.
But as to an existing product, then I don't really know. I guess you would still have a problem in that use of software such as Snagit to scrape the screen couldn't easily be disabled.
