Obama is already on record saying that people with terminal cancer should not be receiving replacement hips. But what is terminal? If someone has slow-growing cancer and has 5 years to live, they shouldn't receive replacement hips or knees? In the UK the mortality rate for breast cancer is astronomically high because they refuse to pay for cutting-edge chemo.
