I like the fact that tests work.

If your code does not have any tests associated with it the build
should not consider it.  It failed the corporate standard of must pass
test.

If your code has tests associated with it and in the build they fail,
your code is EXCLUDED in the build.

I like tests when there is a group of coders working together for just
that reason.
