I don't think McCain could have vetoed anything that was presented to the desk for signing. Sorry but it would have been party and personal suicide. Back to my point that the Congress makes the laws that spend the money. Been that way since the beginning and still works. It is not like this congress is any worse at spending then ones prior when you factor in current events. W's boys and girls spent like there was no tomorrow because of 911. O's crew is doing likewise. Not saying that either was the right move here just stating history. -- Stephen Russell Sr. Production Systems Programmer SQL Server DBA Web and Winform Development Independent Contractor Memphis TN 901.246-0159 _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
