      Attach them to what?

      The issue with the Adobe PDF printer driver is that it has an 
option for displaying the file generated.  My boss likes having this 
turned on.  It serves as a general check that things are OK.

      The apparent race condition is from the generation triggering 
Adobe Acrobat to open the file.

      I think I will see if I can install two copies of the printer 
driver and then instead of printing once and copying, I would print 
twice, once to each driver.  The second driver would have display turned off.
