That was my first thought.  Either DNS or more likely DHCP supplying a
new IP address.  But these are supplied by the VPN server (Windows
2003), not the router.  If I connect direct to the server (on the same
LAN) there's no problems.

A few months back everything was working great, I've stayed connected
for many hours.  But the router received a software update at some
point (the web gui changed) when I think the problem started.

It's not a huge problem as I can reconnect in 30 seconds,  but it is a pain.

BT are supposedly looking into this but I'm not holding my breath.
