Apparently they can't install the fixed-position signs that report your speed 
correctly, either. There's this one hill coming down into Prunedale where the 
traffic 
is always going 70+, yet the sign only reports a maximum of about 53.

Or maybe the guys that installed the sign weren't cops, and knew exactly what 
they 
were doing.
