Looks like a couple of Rs just didn't vote or didn't attend the session 
in the Senate. 55 - 43. OK, that Saturday Night Live comic isn't seated 
yet and ... Numbers still don't add up.

Article claims that "Neither budget package garnered a single GOP vote." 
but then how did it get to 55 in the senate, with at least one D missing?

Next step is reconciliation of the House and Senate versions.
