Hi Geoff! Funny this should come up on [OT] just now. We are having local discussions on this topic right now. Seems that we have all kinds of zero tolerance and minimum sentences since that Jessica Lunsford law was passed. Guy who buried her alive had priors but had gotten out after just a few years, only to target little Jessica. There were other sensational cases right about the same time. Little girls dying horrendous deaths at the hands of guys with records. -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ http://elect-pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
