Hey if you take a pay cut I guess you don't expect to get the same
work done now do you?

Do you have a local FedEx server that you can ping?  Last year I found
out from FedEx rep that they don't particularity care about the WS
data, and that they guarantee the servers.  So if the WS has outdated
values and you jump on that lower rate, they have you.
