Bush thinks he can avoid a "disorderly bankruptcy" of the auto industry by forcing a "managed one" outside of bankruptcy court. What a boob. He cannot manage the war, economy or anything else and he thinks he can now manage the auto industry. What a joke. Bankruptcy courts have years of experience dealing with this technique.
