Michael, For PDF generation:
Search the archives for 'cutepdf'. For email: Search the archives for 'blat'. Blat ships as a DLL or EXE. The last time I looked, the EXE was a 120K single file (no installation dependencies) EXE. To interface with the Blat.exe your FPW app would create a command line that references your body file and attachments, and then use the FPW command(*) to call an external app. The Blat command line syntax is a bit terse, but its easy to experiment with until you get everything right. (*) If you use the built in way to call an external application you will get a command window that will temporarily display. I believe there's an API way to call an external app from FPW that will not show the command window.
