Yes it does, and I have a copy, but forgot I had it when I was wanting to
use the functionality. 

Anyway, my private build of Code References finds where a class has been
used now.

I agree with Mike, it finds all occurrences of a character string
however/whenever it is found. The only thing it won't pick up is use of the
object properties/events within a "with...endwith" block but it will pick up
the initial "with..."
