Hi Geoff! I knew it! You didn't read the link! Actually, Bush and Nixon will be well thought of many years from now. Clinton, on the other hand, failed to even fight a war he should have won - the war on terror. Thus, it was just that much harder to fight when Bush belatedly rose to the challenge.
