There's been a lot of discussion about what was meant by a natural-born U.S.
citizen. This article gives some of the rationale that was applied to McCain
earlier this year.

The arguments presented by FactCheck about McCain would also apply to Obama
even if he were born in Kenya. His mother was a citizen and that makes him a
citizen from birth no matter where he was born.

I still, of course, believe he was born in Hawaii. Even if he wasn't,
though, it makes no difference.
