What are you saying that I live for meetings?

I have been living in this short loop iterative world for the past 4 years.

I like agile ideals but hate it when the process is cheated to keep
work velocity high. That cheat has usually been a lack of tests, and
no documentation after the fact. When a different developer comes in
and there is nothing to look at that defines what this software is
doing and how it operates you suddenly defeat the high speed of Agile.
You not have to talk one on one with another developer to get the
details on what was happening. Those Vulcan mind melds just don't
work right now do they?

I think that code review is a good thing. If you are going to be
disconnected, then it is crucial that what you are submitting is up to
par with the ever upward changing standard of the group that you are
working with.

I hate having to restate a PRD as a TDD!

I do think that making your test plan as your development guide is a
much better use of time, and that same documentation can be passed
over to QA.

I see QA as a valuable asset in that they try to break what you put together.

I think that those of you who code against the production system are
dangerous.
